Do you offer Self-Drive Hire?

No.  All our machinery is hired with an operator to operate the machinery.

Our Daily Hire charge includes an operator in the cost.

Where is hire available?

We cover: Shumen | Varna | Burgas | Ruse | Veliko Tarnovo and everywhere in-between.

Out-of-Area hire is available at additional charges.  See: Hire Areas

Can I hire you for a few hours or half a day?

You can hire us for as long or short a period as you need.  However, our minimum charge is 1 x Day Hire.  See Hire Charges

We suggest finding other jobs we can complete for you, or get together with a neighbour, and get the full benefit of a full days hire

We do not offer a 'Hire by Hour' service as it is not a commercially viable proposition for us.

How far in advance do I need to book my digger hire?

Ordinarily, we work on a 2-3 week lead time from booking date to service date.

How long is each days hire?

Our machines work from 08:00hrs to 16:00hrs each day of hire.  See How It Works

The above times include operators break times and other time allowances.

What size diggers are available for hire?

We operate a fleet of Komatsu PC26MR3 (3.0 Tonne) diggers for Daily Hire.  See Hire Fleet

Our Contract Hire fleet are Komatsu PC55MR3 (5.0 Tonne) diggers

What equipment is included with the digger as standard?

Each digger is deployed with 3 x buckets (various sizes) and a hydraulic bucket thumb

How do I reserve my preferred hire date(s)?

Easy, just call or email us and we'll get you booked in.  See Contact Us

Your hire dates will be reserved until we receive your deposit payment

Why do I have to pay a deposit?

We ask for a 50% deposit at the time of booking to reserve your booking.

Your deposit payment is a commitment from you and partially covers our administration

costs of your booking.  No booking can proceed without a deposit payment.

Deposit payments are non-refundable.  You can reschedule hire date(s) free of charge.

Is there a charge for Delivery / Collection of machinery?

No.  All our Daily Hire Charges include delivery & collection of the digger.  See Hire Areas

We will add an additional charge for Out-of-Area hire if you are outside our coverage area.

Most other digger hire operators charge a per kilometre fee for travel.

Are there any other fee's when hiring?

No.  You pay a 'One-All-In' Daily Hire charge that includes everything.

Only VAT (at 20%) is added to our hire charges

Is VAT included in your Daily Hire charges?

No.  VAT is added to all Daily Hire charges.

Currently, the VAT rate is 20%.  We always issue VAT invoices.

I've had a cheaper price elsewhere.  Can you match it?

No.  We operate one of the most up-to-date hire fleets available in Bulgaria.

We don't believe any other service is comparable to us Like-for-Like so we

do not see the need to reduce our charges to match an inferior service.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We prefer payment by bank transfer in either Leva, Euro or Pound Sterling currency.

We can accept cash payments by prior arrangement only.

Do I need to be present when you're working at my site?

It's preferable that you are.  Although, we often work at sites when the client isn't present.

As long as we have clear instructions and site access is facilitated, it's not a problem for us.

Do you charge for accessories and attachments?

Yes.  All hydraulic attachments are chargeable and incur hire fee's.  See Hire Equipment for pricing.

All our attachments require maintenance and incur running costs.

I have debris to be removed from site.  Can you do this?

Yes.  We are licensed waste carriers and operate a fleet of 7.5T & 3.5T tipper vehicles.

Any operator carrying waste from your site must be a licensed waste carrier.

How long does it take to remove tree stumps?

It can take a few minutes.  Or it can take hours.  We have specialist equipment.  See: Tree Stumps

Tree roots will extend beneath ground to an area equal to the canopy of the tree.

What about insurance?  Are you insured?

We are fully insured for Public Liability cover to 10 Million Euro's per claim.

In addition, all our operators and machinery are separately insured.

Are your operators qualified?

All our operators are 'Construction Plant Competence Scheme (CPCS) compliant.

Specifically, for machinery <10 tonne, they are all CPCS A58 qualified

All hire is subject to our Terms & Conditions of Hire and Terms of Business.  You can view these here

I have concrete to break.  Will a digger break this?

We recommend adding a 'Concrete Breaker' to your booking.  See Hire Equipment
